File binding

Use this dialog to edit a file binding.

File extension contains the extension of the file type that you want to bind.

Parser to be used specifies the parser that is to be bound to the file.

Depending on the selected parser, one or none of the following combo boxes is visible:

Definition to be used specifies the definition that is used in the parser. This is used only when the parser is either a definition based parser such as binary or text parser.

Programming language specifies the programming language that is used in the parser. This is visible only then parser is a script or source code parser.

Database specifies the type of database that is used in the parser. This is visible only then parser is a database parser.
