Use this sheet to perform the import, export, backup, and clear operation for the selected termbase.
Export data from the termbaseExport data from the termbase into a glossary file. Use this if you want to export your glossary into other file formats such as TBX. |

Backup the termbase into a fileBackup all termbase data into a termbase backup file. Use this if you want to later restore the termbase either on this machine or another machine. The backup file is an XML file. |

Replace the current content of the termbase with a backup fileRestores a backed up termbase from a backup file. Use this if you want to restore the termbase you have previously backed up. Replaces the current glossary data with the data in the back file. |

Create a report from the termbaseCreates a termbase report file. Use this if you want to view the statistical data of your glossary. The data is shown on your default web browser. |

Clear the termbaseClears the current termbase. Use this if you want to remove all data from the current termbase. All data is permanently removed. |
Suppose you want to move your current termbase from one database into another (even a different type of database), first backup your current termbase into a backup file. In that case, create a new termbase (initially empty) and finally restore the backup file into a new termbase.
