Select File Encoding

This dialog is shown if Soluling can not 100% accurately detect the encoding used in the original file. The dialog shows the most likely encoding and the beginning of the file in a binary view. This helps you to figure if the most likely encoding is right or some other encoding has been used.

This combo box specifies the encoding used in the original file. If you believe that the value is not right, change it and click OK.

File content

This view shows the beginning of the file as text and binary data. This will help you to figure out the encoding.

If you want that this dialog is not shown anymore, check the Do not show this next time check box.
