This dialog is shown when you drag and drop a file that can be both imported to translation memory or localized. Select the action that will be done:

Action	Description
Create a new project for dropped file	Create a new project for the dropped file.
Import translations from the dropped file into the translation memory	Import translations from the dropped file into the main translation memory.

Check Remember the selection and do not show this anymore if you don't want this dialog to be shown again, but you would like to use the selected action every time. Once checked, you can uncheck it from General | Drop settings in the Options ribbon.
